It’s hot, dark and steamy inside Aberdeen’s premier live music venue for tonight’s gig, something of a consolation prize for those of us who missed out on the Glasgow show. |

The mood is intimate, the atmosphere relaxed, the light levels low. The splendid Lemon Tree offers a slightly later start of 10pm for Robin’s set where tracks such as Day of the Eagle, Bridge of Sighs, Too Rolling Stoned, Lady Love and Little Bit of Sympathy dominate proceedings. |

Davey is on top form tonight no doubt looking to impress all the members of his family who've come to see their conquering hero performing on home turf. Indeed, it is a great honour and privilege to meet them after the show. |

On sale at the show tonight, we picked up the new DVD release which contains a brilliant albeit brief interview with Robin on his career to date and plans for the future. The news is good, folks. Our hero says staying ‘on the road’ is the key to his future output and involvement in the business. Yippee! |

Make sure you buy at least two copies of the DVD. It’s the perfect Christmas present for yourself and also for that someone you know who’ll be hooked on Trower on hearing it! Who could that be? |
